We had some good competitive performances tonight. Especially strong 800 races were put in by

Sweeney, Hartwick and Gleisner. Placing 3 guys in the 1600 was a good boost highlighted by Frederick's

and Casey's performances. Ben Possi hung in there and ran a decent double, just missing PR's in both.

We are just getting started and we will make significant improvements in the weeks ahead.

This is just the beginning. Keep up the good work.
