Course Description: This course covers the definitions, postulates, and theorems of Geometry as a mathematical system. Students learn to prove and to apply theorems. Topics include congruence, similarity, polygons, circles, perpendicularity, area, volume, and coordinate Geometry. Students will also complete discovery and computer lab activities. Use of algebra in the solution of geometric problems will be emphasized.
